Property Description:

Chalet Les Cristalliers is a privately owned detached chalet situated 500m from Chamonix town centre.

The chalet stands in its own garden with south facing terrace and comprises 4 Twin Rooms, 1 Twin/Quad Room, Kitchen/Dining Room, Lounge, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Shower Room and 3 Toilets.

1 Twin room is in the eaves with a reduced ceiling height (see photos) but is larger than the others with 2 further beds allowing the chalet to be occupied by up to 12 people without having people sleep on sofa beds or in the communal areas.

Area Description:

Chamonix is located amongst stunning scenery at the foot of Mont Blanc and is widely regarded as the capital of the Alps. The town remains lively throughout the year with shops and restaurants catering for visitors in all seasons.

Chamonix is only a 1 hour drive from Geneva Airport or a 10 hour drive from London. Roads from Chamonix lead not only to the rest of France but also directly to Switzerland (half hour) and Italy (half hour) making it an ideal base from which to explore this spectacular area of Europe.

Area Activities

Chamonix is world famous for its skiing in the winter and hiking and climbing in the summer. There are hiking trails for all abilities walking straight from the chalet doorstep with various mountain railways and cable cars giving access to many parts of the spectacular landscape to all.
Almost any mountain related activity is catered for, including mountain biking, parapenting, fishing, climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering, rafting and canyoning.
The golf course, tennis courts, ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and fitness centre plus saunas and jacuzzis are all a few minutes walk from the chalet.
