Property Description:

Sleeping a maximum of four adults and two children, the apartment is modern and south-facing, on the ground floor of a small and very peaceful domain of privately-owned apartments with swimming pool and landscaped gardens. It consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. The living area is light and spacious with french patio doors leading to a huge, private terrace with garden, safe for playing. For outdoor dining the apartment has a full width awning to use when shade is needed. There is a gas barbecue. The kitchen area is well equipped with fridge, hob, microwave and cooker. The two double bedrooms each have large built-in wardrobes. There is a full sized garage, with an additional utility room area containing an oven, a freezer, a washing machine and additional shower and separate toilet. The apartment has its own entrance through its garden and terraces on three sides of the property. There is parking for a second car, plus further communal parking. The pool is adjacent to the apartment, with access across to the pool fully in view. Nusances and noise - none.

Area Description:

Just a short drive away you will discover the many attractions of St Tropez - the narrow streets of the historic old port, busy water front cafes and restaraunts, lively nightlife and people-watching that has made this resort one of the most famous in the world. St Tropez's market is twice weekly and is famed for its fresh local produce. Port Grimaud is also nearby - an amazing modern-day Venice with a network of canals, squares and waterways thronged with sidewalk cafes, boutiques and restaurants. Le Lavandou resort is a few minures to the west, with big open beaches, many boutiques and restaurants and a lively nightlife.
The apartment is a short, safe stroll to the village of Cavaliere (not to be confused with the less attractive Cavalaire sur Mer). Cavaliere is on the ‘Corniche des Maures’ – a coastline of natural beauty stretching 30 kms south west of St Tropez. It has a beautiful bay and huge sandy beach with safe swimming with shops, good restaurants, bars and clubs.
Location: Cavaliere, 20kms west of St Tropez, 6kms east of Le Lavandou, 25 minutes from Hyeres/Toulon international airport with direct flights to London, approx. 1 ½ hours from Nice and Marseille airports.


Area Activities

Sailing, wind-surfing, water skiing, swimming, diving, fishing, tennis club and fitness centre, horse riding, miniature boating lake and children's fun park are all available locally in Cavaliere and are all within easy walking distance.
Golf is available in the area, and the local vineyards hold tastings. Mountain and sea front cliff walks are excellent. Provence of course has many medieval villages, olive groves and lavander fields to be explored. Day trips are available along the coast to Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo, and boat trips out to the islands in the Golfe. Boat rental is available.
