Our ground floor one bedroom spacious apartment is situated at the apex of Rue Jouan Nicola and Rue St. Augustin on the edge of Vieux Nice and just minutes away from the beautiful, classical Place Garibaldi. It is near enough to enjoy the bustling markets, shops, restaurants and bars of the old town but far enough away for it to be a quiet and peaceful haven. The beaches, museums, art galleries and theatres are all close at hand. Where else could you have such a diversity of venues on your doorstep? The apartment is light and airy with white marble floors throughout. The American style kitchen with its tiled worktops is fully equipped and has a dividing breakfast bar which allows the Chef to chat to friends and family. The spacious lounge has a sofa bed for additional sleeping if required but in the alcove, discreetly positioned at one end, are two full sized bunk beds. The front door of the apartment block opens onto a small square in front of the Couvent de la Visitation in Place St. Claire and the steep steps which climb upto the famous Chateau hill from where you can see out over Nice and the Baie des Anges,.

The apartment is situated on the edge but within the medieval city of Vieux Nice within walking distance of the beach, the Promenade des Anglais and the famous Cours Saleya flower, fruit and vegetable market. There are at least six important medieval churches in the Baroque style that you can visit nearby.
