In the heart of the Cote d’Azur, close to Juan les Pins/Antibes, in an oasis of greenery with age-old palm trees – a purpose-built 3 stars Residence of excellent holiday properties in a welcoming international atmosphere with a beautiful swimming pool and children’s padding-pool. The ambience is totally relaxed – daytime guests can enjoy the freedom and independence of a fully equipped apartment enjoying breakfast or lunch on the apartment balcony or the brasserie restaurant by the pool followed by a short walk to the private sandy beach. Or in the evening guests can enjoy a stroll out to local restaurants, dine at the Restaurant Don Cesare at the Residence under the palm-trees serving mediterranean specialities and fine traditional meals or prepare some food bought earlier at the local market. During the season pool-side loungers and parasols can be rented at the Residence or on the private beach 300 metres away where delicious lunches are also served at the beach restaurant. There are two tennis courts are at guests’ disposal on site and a fitness club offering exercise equipment, sauna and aqua gym.Everything needed for a beach holiday is within walking distance – sandy beaches with all watersports, shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary with public transport readily available both to and from Nice airport - which is only 20km away - via the coach service “Rapides Cote d’Azur” between Nice and Cannes - or further afield using the train stations of Juan les Pins – 3km away - or Antibes – 5km away.Facilities on-site include a reception office with local tourist information, the superb swimming pool/paddling pool and poolside brasserie/bar in season, underground car parking and laundrette. The Residence is open throughout the year with short breaks of minimum 4 nights possible outside the main summer season priced pro-rata to the weekly tariff. Each property has a living room with two separate convertible divan beds, either one or two bedrooms – depending on which size of apartment reserved - with either a twin or double bed, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath , wash-hand basin and toilet, direct-dial telephone, television with satellite channels and a large furnished balcony or terrace.

Golfe Juan has numerous shops and all kinds of restaurants to suit all budgets and is situated at the west of and joined to larger Juan les Pins. The resort of Juan les Pins is one of the most well-known and lively resorts of the whole riviera with sandy beaches and immense style worthy of its' world famous international jazz festival. Juan les Pins itself adjoins historic Antibes - also world- renowned with its' Picasso associations and museum, the harbour of Port Vauban, the delightful narrow streets of old Antibes and the unforgettable Cap d'Antibes with the wonderful opulence of its' 1920's and 1930's villas and hotels and largely unchanged from Scott Fitzgerald era. The elegant festival city of Cannes is immediately to the west - 10-15 minutes by bus from a stop immediately outside the Residence and a short train journey to Monte Carlo or Menton and the Italian border is a perfect excursion.
