Antibes les Pins is the youngest resort of Juan les Pins/Antibes with large pedestrian avenues and numerous shops and all kinds of restaurants to suit all budgets. Close-by Juan les Pins is one of the most well-known and lively resorts of the whole Riviera with sandy beaches and immense style worthy of its' world famous international jazz festival. Historic Antibes is also world renowned with its' Picasso associations and museum, the harbour of Port Vauban, the delightful narrow streets of old Antibes and the unforgettable Cap d'Antibes with the wonderful opulence of its' 1920's and 1930's villas and hotels and largely unchanged from Scott Fitzgerald era. The elegant festival city of Cannes is immediately to the west: 10-15 minutes by bus from a stop immediately outside the Residence and a short train journey to Monte Carlo or Menton and the Italian border is a perfect excursion.
