Property Description:

Excellent coastal villa – within possible walking distance of the Mediterranean in a sheltered and totally peaceful residential location on the outskirts of Le Brusc near the lovely old fishing village of Sanary. Le Brusc was established as a little fishing port and now adjoins the larger resort of Six Fours les Plages and together have 18km of coastline of sandy beaches, secret inlets, little harbours and protected forests of Mediterranean trees such as pines, cork oaks and olive trees where many trails have been created for mountain biking, horse riding and walking. From Le Brusc there are spectacular coastal paths west through unique little local creeks to Bandol and La Madrague and beyond or east to St Mandrier. Although very much part of the 21st century the area has many traces of its' medieval origins - the Fort de Six Fours and 6th century pre-Romanesque chapel Notre Dame de Pepiole are of great historical interest. On the top of Cap Sicie (358m.) at Notre Dame du Mai there is a wonderful panoramic view of both the inland and the coast from Cassis to Toulon. The evenings are lively with all the shops, restaurants and bars to round off the day under the gently fading provencal sky. High quality property including Schmidt kitchen and Roche-Bobois furniture and with a superb shaped swimming pool flanked and sheltered by palm trees and fenced for child security. Pool heating is available outside of high season at an extra charge of 100 euros per week for electricity. The property has the benefit of a garage and has private parking for three cars and is accessed via automatic electric entrance gates and there is a sophisticated alarm system installed and automated lighting system. There are terraces with beautiful outside furniture and a petanque court and the whole property is enclosed within its’ own grounds.
