All the rooms overlook the bay of la Garoupe, and are well equipped for your relaxing holiday. It is light, luxuriously appointed and air-conditioned. Each room opens onto the Burgundy stone patio and pool area. The sandy beach of la Garoupe is a short stroll or swim away. Your visitors who arrive by water can moor their tenders, climb your private steps and join you for a drink on the terrace!

Cap d'Antibes is one of the most exclusive areas on the Cote d'Azur. It has protected areas of outstanding natural beauty (some excellent photos on www.lecapdantibes.com) and some of the most famous expensive real-estate!! There are excellent restaurants locally, and it is easy to reach Antibes with it's wide array of shops, the port and the castle. Juans-les-Pins provides 14/7 entertainment and sandu beaches. Cannes, Vence, Grasse and Nice are but a short distance away. Monaco and Italy are easily reached along the motorway, and Isola 2000 for skiing will take about 90 minutes!
