Property Description:

This charming villa with over 2 acres of private grounds and a private swimming pool is set in secluded surroundings Overlooking the Esterel mountains, 2kms from St.Paul en Foret and 8km from Fayence.

Tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and covered terrace for dining. The unique layout of the house is perfect for multiple couples or extended families.

Top floor includes kitchen lounge dining area. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom with a separate WC on this floor.

The main downstairs area with two further bedrooms each with an ensuite shower room has only exterior access (no interior stairs from the top floor.)

The fourth bedroom is also accessed from a separate exterior entrance. The "annexe" is a double bedroom with a showerroom.

Our emphasis is on relaxation for friends and families. An excellent place to "chill out" tucked away from the crowds - a real retreat - though everything close by.

Area Description:

The Towns of Feyance, Callian and Seillans hold weekly, colourful markets and there is plenty of entertainment during the summer months..

Just 20 minutes from the beaches at Frejus/St Raphael and 30 mins from Cannes/Antibes/Juan les Pins.

Nice airport 45 mins. Lac de St Cassien is about 15 minutes away with free access and pedalos, windsurfers etc. available for hire. Golf courses within about 25 minutes drive. Horse riding available at the lake. A hiking and biking paradise if you've got the energy. If not, just paradise! There's also a gym close by lots of supermarkets etc. within a ten minute drive.

Lots and lots of excellent restaurants catering for all tastes; top class to pizzaria - all reasonably priced. Also gliding centre, considered the best in Europe - classes available! Canyoning in Gourdon about 1 hrs drive. Aquatica, Marineland and various theme parks along the coast; go-karting about 45 mins away. Tennis courts and beautiful swimming pool in Fayence (though you don't need it) All water sports available on the coast.
