Our house is situated approximately 2 km from the charming, picturesque 'Village of Character', Cotignac, which sits at the foot of the Cliff of Tuff, the facade of which spreads for 400 metres and contains gigantic stalactites and deep crevices which offer a fantastic spectacle. It is well served by restaurants, bars and shops which surround the small square and fountain, and has a weekly market every Tuesday.
Nearby are many attractive towns and villages, such as Aups, Salernes, Lorgues, Tourtour, Draguinan and Sillans, each having a market on different days of the week.
The Gorge du Verdon is 35 km away and provides spectacular scenery and wide range of adventure sports.
The Mediterranean Sea at Saint Tropez is only 90 km away.
