The ambience of the building is traditionally French and charming. The ceilings are high and there is lots of natural light. The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator. Newly furnished, it has been set up with comfort in mind.

The linens are luxurious, as is the king size bed and soft wall to wall carpeting. It has a new sound system and TV, which come in very handy for listening to music or relaxing after a day of touring.

Extras: telephone which can be used with a calling card which are easy to purchase locally, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, two closets, heated towel rack in the bathroom. The dryer is located in tiny laundromat next door and is an entertaining place to chat with local Parisians.

The living room has two matching couches which can be made into queen and twin sized beds.If you need to be in Paris for business, this is an ideal situation. It is very convenient for any kind of travel. There is huge desk and a lovely place to receive clients. No pets, no smoking, no children under 12.

It is located in the 14th Arrondissement near the Denfer Rochereau Metro, RER (express metro) and bus lines which makes it an ideal place to see the sights of Paris and the areas nearby as well. The RER train lines(underground in this part of the city), which provide direct access to both Orly and Charles De Gaulle airports, are less than 5 minutes by foot. Mingle with the Parisiennes using public transportation. It is just 15-20 minutes away from all the principal sights of Paris: the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, the Opera, Luxembourg Gardens, Orsey Museum and famous shops. Sephora, a wonderland of sensual cosmetics is a short walk away.
