Property Description:

Studio apartment with cabin, sleeps 4 - 1 bed settee and bunk beds (bunk beds in cabin seperate from main room), small enclosed patio and outside terrace. Fully equiped to a high standard including bedding, tv, DVD player, radio & bar b q. Apartment part of a main holiday complex which overlooks a marina. A lovely place to holiday, ideal for all including children. The complex is very quiet and the gardens and surrounding area are kept to a very high standard. Private secure parking and all access by car or by foot is controlled by electronic gates.

Area Description:

Cap d'Agde is a purpose built holiday town which caters for everyone's needs, it is a short ride from Agde either by car, bus or boat. Agde is a old French town which has a lot of history including Greek and Roman.

Cap d'Agde is built on the Mediterranean sea and has 9 enclosed natural harbours which makes it a haven for boating. The beaches around the town run for 9 miles so there is no problems finding space, these are very clean and all hold the coveted blue flag for excellency.

From Cap d'Agde you can travel by boat to a number of local towns either for sightseeing or to the local markets which France is famous for. There are many restaraunts, bars and cafe's in the area, you are spoiled for choice: French, Italian, Greek, Chinese, British pub, Indian and many others. There are supermarkets close by, also doctors, chemist etc all within a few minutes walk from our apartment. The apartment is only a short walk from all parts of this beautiful holiday town, whether it is the beaches or the local shops, a great place to spend your holidays.

Area Activities

Cap d'Agde is a lovely area to spend your holidays, it has long clean sandy beaches which are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The shops, cafes, restaraunts, aqua park and a large theme park is a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of piano bars, a large casino and even a English pub for your English beer just a small walk from the complex. The golf course is just across the road and boasts 27 holes of excellent golf, discounts are available through the golf course on a "Green Card" This also gives you the opportunity to play a number of courses in the area at a discount rate.

Cap d'Agde boasts a number of water sports, including jet ski hire, sailing boat hire or join a diving school and learn to scuba dive and see the beautiful undersea world. There is also one of the largest tennis clubs in Europe, the tennis club also hoast teaching courses for all ages and can be used on a day to day basis. There are superb sea fishing trips that let you pit your strength and wits against the local fish including Tuna, these trips can be booked in any of the marina's offices around the town.
