Property Description:

Maison de village in the ancient village of Autignac. In the midst of the Faugeres wine region, 30 mins from the Med, and 30 mins from the Cevennes mountains. Sleeps up to six. 50m from the bakery, bar, hairdresser,and butchers. The local shop and pharmacie are 100m away.

On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen/dining room fully equipped with electric/gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and microwave etc. Just off this room is the downstairs WC and shower . Also on this floor is the lounge which is equipped with terrestrial French and English Sky television (full package at extra cost) video player, DVD player, and Hi-Fi equipment.

On the second floor are the two main bedrooms, one with double and single beds, the other with two singles. This bedroom has en suite facilities WC, washbasin and shower. On the top floor is the studio room which can double as the third bedroom. This includes a Radio/CD/Tape player TV and Internet Broadband Access. A Clic-Clac (bed/sofa) and fridge for those cold drinks on the adjacent terrace.

The terrace faces South East and overlooks the village rooftops. It is a sun trap from early morning until late afternoon. Table, chairs, loungers, and Bar-B-Que all provided.

The washing machine and freezer are situated in the utility room, in the cellar.

Recently completely renovated, It sleeps up to six people. Situated midway between the Mediterranean beaches and the Cevennes mountains, just 30 minutes away from both.
Autignac is one of the seven communes that make up the Faugeres wine appellation. The Mediterranean resorts of Valras Plage and Serignan Plage with their long sandy beaches are just 30 minutes away. The Languedoc National Park starts just minutes from the village with its numerous walks across breathtaking unspoilt scenery where you will encounter the local wildlife. Lake Salagu some 40 minutes away offers sailing, jetskis, kayaks and paddleboats. The tree lined Canal du Midi close to Beziers has walkways and cycle paths along its banks.
The property is ideal for a BEACH holiday or a WALKING/BIKING holiday.
