Property Description:

Apartment in old cathedral complex in the historic centre of Perpignan. 2 bedrooms overlooking quiet courtyard. It also has a kitchen and a bathroom.

The main windows open into a garden courtyard owned by our neighbours, and it is lovely and quiet, and a rest bite from the hustle of Perpignan.

The building itself, is part of an old Cathredral complex, where they now house art exhibitions, especially during Visa pour L’image (Aug/Sept).

The building is very Parisian in feel, but to be honest, it is in need of some decoration. The external decoration is being carried at the moment and the communal entrance way has not been decorated in many years. It is clean and tidy but the walls I do not think have been painted for a while. This decoration is also due to be done this year/early next year.

The building is situated in the historic centre of Perpignan, a couple of minutes walk from the shops and Le Trois Soeurs, and it is an area which is being regenerated, hence the decoration to our building.


Area Description:

There are many shops including Sonia Rykel and many boutiques within 2/3 minutes walk. There are a couple of great restaurants 50m away and the centre of Perpignan is about 3 minutes walk, and has great bars such as Le Trois Soeurs, La Habana and Zinc, as well as many restaurants including Spanish tapas, Morrocan and French.
