Property Description:

A fully serviced seaside apartment with 1 bedroom plus large living room, seperate kitchen (with table and 4 chairs) that sleeps 4, easily right on the beach at Argeles sur mer with a huge sandy beach and lots to do - near sun, sand, sea and lovely villages such as Argeles and Collioure.
Linen provided, kitchen has plates, cutlery etc, but towels not provided.
There is loads to do - lots of bars, cafes, a local market - great for kids and parents and teenagers!
Supermarkets and restaurants are all within a minute from the flat.
There is also a train to Perpignan and Spain in the local village which is a km away so a car is not essential as a little bus goes there every 5 minutes.
There is free parking a minute from the flat.
The flat has a balcony that you can eat out on with a table and chairs - looking at the sea and mountains at the same time -it has a good view.

Area Description:

Argeles sur mer is a friendly Mediterranean resort famous for it's pine trees. It is the last resort on the coastline with a sandy beach which is clean and has lots of leisure activities including windsurfing.
There is a pretty village which is lively off peak season too nearby.
If you like sailing, there is a port 10 minutes walk from the flat too with plenty of good fish restaurants.
There are little boat trips to neighbouring Collioure and even Roses in Spain.
It is within easy reach of Perpignan airport - 20 mins but also Girona and Carcassone - all serviced by Ryanair.
In winter, to go skiing it's an hour in the car to the nearest resort.
Barcelona is 2 hours away so this is possible to visit easily.
