Area Description:

The property at the base of the pyrenees with stunning views of Mt Canigou. It is 40 minutes from the Mediterranean (Canet Plage, St Cyprien, Coullioure) and 35 minutes from the Ski resorts (Font Romeu). There is plenty of walking and adventure sports in the area, and also historic cities like Perpignan, Villefranche-de-conflent on your doorstep.

Prades holds a Pablo Casals festival in July/Aug and an international film festival. It is close to Perpignan which in late Aug / Sept holds the famous Visa Pour L'image photo journalism festival attended by photographers from all over the world.
