This lovingly restored barn has been decorated in the style of the era and is set in 20 hectares of the owner's land. It is right off the beaten track and so is very safe for children - they can play with no danger. It has three bedrooms, one double and two singles with the possibility of an extra bed. It is in close proximity to the owner's house, which is a chateau-like bourgoise house. The spacious accommodation is light and airy and looks out onto fields and orchard plantations.

Area Description:

Labretonie is situated in an agricultural and historical area. Many traditions go back over a thousand years and the people are very fun-loving and friendly. Throughout the summer months there are numerous musical events, all types of music, which take place in the surrounding villages. Most are in the open air and are available for the cost of a drink at the bar, although you can often choose to eat there aswell.
Also in the summer, there are many all-inclusive open-air meals which you can go to, which are very French-style, and for the real francophile, In the Lot-et-Garonne departement there are different types of farms, wine producers, fruit growers as well as museums and cultural events to see. Boat trips are easy to arrange on the river Garonne and the Canal Lateral, which will take you to some of the fairy-tale villages which punctuate the various different types of agrcultural land in the area.
